Shipping policy

General

All orders are subject to availability. If the requested item is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you and let you know when we will be able to deliver it or, alternatively, we will refund the full amount of your order, depending on the original method of payment.

To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframe we announce, please make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers and route information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. For delivery address change requests, we are able to change the address at any time prior to dispatch of the order. We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing time

Unless exceptional circumstances prevent us from doing so, we make every effort to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 days (Monday to Sunday) from the date of your order.

Once your order has been shipped, the average delivery time is 5 to 10 days (Monday to Sunday) for standard delivery. You will receive an e-mail with the tracking information you need to follow the progress of your parcel. You can also track your order directly on our website in the "Track your order" section.

The delivery date may vary depending on factors such as the carrier's delivery practices, the delivery location, the delivery method and the items ordered. In addition, items may be shipped in separate consignments, each with its own tracking information.

Shipping costs

  • Standard delivery within 5 to 10 days is offered on the entire store, regardless of order value.

Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before your package is dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy at the bottom of the page.
